Safety concerns?

FINFOAM uses an environmentally friendly cleaning formula that is pH balanced.  The low pressure cleaning process will not damage delicate fin fans and completely removes dirt. debris and corrosive elements.  Low pressure foam cleaning increases the residence time in the region of interest resulting in a complete and thorough cleansing.  This technique is safer for your personnel and ours than anything else on the market.  Continuous training, a safe product and dedicated staff have resulted in a perfect safety record - five years running.

Testimonials

"I wanted to pass on this information as a lesson learned. If you think that your fin fans are really dirty, and are in need of more than just a water wash, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a company by the name of Fin Foam to help clean your fin fans. Multiple locations have used Fin Foam in the past, and we have seen the same GREAT results at the Coker. (This type of finfan chemical wash is a Coker best practice as a result of the severe operating environment that the Coker creates.) Fin Foam is the company that has shown us the best results, time and time again. "

Case Study - Coker Unit

Eight exchangers with 2 fans each were severely plugged with coke fines and limiting the entire refinery in the southeast.  Taking about 1 1/2 hrs per fan FINFOAM finished the job in 2 days and gave operations an additional 25 degrees on their outlet. Previous cleaning attempts by other companies had routinely taken a week and improvements were minimal.

Annual Cost Savings: $3,840,342.00
