What type of water supply is required?

A fire hydrant or one and one half inch water line is most effective for low pressure, high volume rinsing.

How long does set up take prior to cleaning?

Approximately 30 minutes.

How long does the service take?

Typically, one hour per fan.

How many cleaning technicians are in a team?

Two or three, depending on the size of the project.

Will I need to supply any manpower?

We will need someone to turn off and lock tag the switches for each fan prior to cleaning.

What should we expect to see in temperature drop on the outlet side of the exchanger?

This depends greatly on just how dirty the fans are to begin with.  If  they haven't been cleaned in a long time you could expect a 40 to 60 degree temperature drop.  If you clean them annually we typically get 15 to 30 degrees lower temps on the outlet.  Often this is short lived because operations cranks up rates to maximize throughput and profits.  Our record  of 100 degrees increase in delta T was reported to us by an FCC process engineer in a refinery in the midwest.
